This report is solely addressing barriers to these technologies using the Barrier Analysis and Enabling Framework (BA&EF) to assess potential barriers that could impede the transfer and diffusion of the three technologies and in addition, provide the enabling framework or possible measures to overcome the identified barriers to the transfer and diffusion of the above technologies for the agriculture sector of Liberia.
