This coastal zone’s Technology Needs Assessment for climate change adaptation in Liberia has been achieved through a tremendous collaborative effort by many institutions, affected and vulnerable coastal communities through stakeholders’ engagements, sites’ visits, documents and interviews with residents of coastal communities facilitated by the Environmental Protection Agency of Liberia (EPA) and the TNA.
