The National Adaptation Programme of Action (NAPA) has been prepared by the Environmental Protection Agency based on the initiative that emerged from the Seventh Session of the Conference of the Parties (COP-7) of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) held in Marrakech in 2001.
