The EPA through its National Ozone Unit and in conjunction with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) over the weekend concluded a series of refrigeration and air-conditioning technician training workshop under the Hydrochlorofluorocarbon Phase put Management Plan (HPMP). The training workshops were held under the theme: “Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Techniques, Safety and Best Practices.”
