This Act is and shall be called An Act to Amend the New Executive Law of 1972 to establish the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection. The objective of this Act is to amend the Acts establishing the Ministry of Gender and Development and the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare to create and establish the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection.
