REGULATORY INSTRUMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by (Part XI Sections 101) of the
Environmental Protection & Management Law of Liberia, and the Freedom
of Information Act of Liberia (FOIA), Aligned with the UNECE Aarhus
Convention, the Equator Principles, and International Good Practice, the
Environment Protection Agency promulgate the following Regulations:
