Deze mooie en malse halal Lamsbiefstukjes van halalmeat.nl zijn afkomstig uit Nieuw-Zeeland. Daar groeien de lammeren op onder de meest ideale omstandigheden. De lammeren worden in Nieuw-Zeeland op de juiste halal-wijze ritueel geslacht. De lamsbiefstukjes worden per 4 vacuüm verpakt en diepgevroren geleverd.

Bereiding
De lamsbiefstuk wordt gevroren geleverd en daarom is het belangrijk dat je deze rustig laat ontdooien. Dit kun je gedurende circa 24 uur in de koelkast laten gebeuren of op het aanrecht.
