Twilight Tilt — 5th Zone + TrendelenburgTwilight tilts the entire chair back 30 degrees from the rear pivot point as a fifth independent zone — separate from and in addition to all other recline. Combined with MaxiComfort zero-gravity positioning, this achieves Trendelenburg with feet above head level. For patients whose physicians have recommended Trendelenburg for lower leg edema, venous insufficiency, or circulation improvement, the PR-449 delivers it in the most connected DeLuna platform Golden makes.
Qi Wireless Charging + Accessory Table + Cup HolderThe open-arm design integrates a wireless Qi charging pad into the right arm for cable-free smartphone charging. A removable accessory table mounts to the left arm and provides a stable flat surface for a tablet, meals, or medications — then removes when not needed. A built-in cup holder keeps drinks within reach. All three are built into the chair structure, not add-on accessories.
Power Headrest + Power Lumbar — 5-Zone TotalPower headrest adjusts neck and head support angle independently of all other zones — forward for reading, neutral for TV, reclined for rest. Power lumbar inflates or deflates the lower back support bladder independently. Both controlled from the AutoDrive hand control at any recline angle, at any Twilight tilt position. Five fully independent zones give complete postural control without repositioning.

The PR-449 adds Twilight Tilt Technology as a fifth independent zone, which unlocks Trendelenburg positioning (feet above head). The PR-448 is a 4-zone chair without Twilight and without Trendelenburg. If Twilight and Trendelenburg positioning matter clinically, the PR-449 is the right choice. If the connected arm features are the priority and Twilight is not needed, the PR-448 is the lower-cost path to the same platform.
Yes. The PR-449 reaches Trendelenburg via the combination of Twilight Tilt and MaxiComfort positioning — feet above head level. If your physician has recommended Trendelenburg positioning for lower leg edema, venous insufficiency, or circulation improvement, the PR-449 delivers it in the DeLuna connected platform.
Twilight tilts the entire chair back 30 degrees from the rear pivot point — independent of back recline, footrest, headrest, and lumbar. This means you can Twilight tilt while staying fully upright, or combine Twilight tilt with full MaxiComfort recline for Trendelenburg. The rear pivot geometry also allows full recline with only 26" of wall clearance — less than many non-Twilight infinite-position chairs. AutoDrive stores two full 5-zone positions for one-touch recall.

My go-to sublimation paper for crafting

I've used several sublimation papers, and this one has worked really well for my crafting projects. The colors transfer bright and vibrant, and the images come out crisp with good detail when using the proper sublimation printer and ink. The paper feeds smoothly through my printer and feels like a good quality weight—not too thin and not overly thick. I've used it for tumblers, keychains, and other sublimation projects, and I've been happy with the results. I also appreciate getting 110 sheets in one pack because it lasts a while, especially when working on multiple projects at once. Finished in a clean, minimalist white, this machine completely bypasses the antiquated, expensive cartridge ecosystem. It looks incredibly sleek and modern sitting on my desk, blending seamlessly into my setup without projecting the bulky, industrial vibe of older, traditional machines. Right out of the gate, it feels like a highly engineered, premium piece of technology designed specifically to make daily document management drastically easier and far more efficient.
