Overstuffed Biscuit/Bustle BackThe PR-515 uses the Cloud's signature biscuit/bustle backrest — deeply and uniformly padded across the full surface in the overstuffed biscuit pattern that has made the Cloud the most-requested back style in Golden's lineup for over a decade. This is not a seamed or split back — it is the traditional Cloud back, and the reason most patients who sit in it describe it as the most comfortable chair they have ever used. Combined with a fully padded chaise and plush armrests, the PR-515 delivers the full Cloud comfort experience.
Twilight 5-Zone Positioning + TrendelenburgFive fully independent comfort zones — back, footrest, power headrest, power lumbar, and Twilight Tilt — each controlled from the AutoDrive programmable hand control. Twilight tilts the entire chair from the rear pivot as a dedicated 5th zone, creating a weight-neutral cradle that distributes body weight evenly and relieves spinal muscle fatigue. Light's Out RemoteThe PR-515's AutoDrive hand control includes Golden's Light's Out feature — the remote's display dims and then powers off completely after a few minutes of inactivity. For patients who use the chair for sleep or nighttime rest, a glowing remote on an end table is a practical irritant. Light's Out eliminates it. The remote also includes a built-in USB charging port.
Headrest Cover IncludedUnlike most Golden lift chairs in this price range, the PR-515 includes a headrest cover as standard. For patients who use the chair heavily or who are concerned about fabric wear at the head and neck area, the included cover provides protection and is removable for washing. Arm cover flaps are available as a separate optional accessory.
Optional Heat — Two ChoicesTwo separate heat upgrades are available — choose one or neither. Heat & Vibrate adds a conventional heating element combined with vibration motors in the seat and back. HeatWave adds Golden's far-infrared heat that penetrates up to three inches into muscle and joint tissue without vibration. No Swedish air massage is available on the PR-515. Both are Cloud Twilight 5-zone chairs with the same platform — power headrest, power lumbar, Twilight Tilt, MaxiComfort, Trendelenburg, lithium-ion backup. The back style is the key difference: the PR-515 has the traditional overstuffed biscuit/bustle back; the PR-527 has a newer memory foam bucket-style back. The PR-515 has two sizes (S/M and M/L) and a wider overall width on M/L (39.5"). The PR-527 also has two sizes but a narrower 38.5" overall width and the new Ashton standard fabric for faster lead times on base orders. If the classic biscuit back is preferred or if the patient has sat in a PR-515 before, stay with the PR-515. If the memory foam bucket back sounds more comfortable, the PR-527 is worth sitting in first.
The AutoDrive hand control display dims and then fully powers off after a few minutes without being used. When the user picks up the remote again, it wakes immediately. For patients who rest or sleep in the chair, a lit remote nearby can be a sleep disruption. Light's Out eliminates this without any manual adjustment needed.
Yes — the PR-515 Medium/Large measures 39.5" at its widest point. This is wider than most chairs in this category and wider than the PR-527 M/L (38.5"). Before ordering the M/L, measure the intended placement space and confirm the chair can pass through all doorways and hallways on the delivery path. Great insurance!
It worked wonders for me! I sent back my vacuum after a year of using it because a broken spinning wheel and they repaired it. Then, three weeks before the insurance cover expired, a lightning storm occurred in my area and my vacuum didn’t work anymore, they said they couldn’t fix it and they sent me a full refund. Of course I’ll recommend Asurion insurance!

Do not purchase. BBB will help
Don’t waste you money on this if you’re purchasing a vacuum costing you 6-700.00 or more. We have completed the claims process twice so far, called more time than I like to admit. Bought extremely large boxes and packaging and tape. Drove to ups, waited for ups only to not have our unit repaired. This last claim which was 24 hrs after we received the “fixed” item back was in the companies possession for just two hours when we were sent a msg stating they could not repeat the issues and it was on it’s was back AGAIN. So without a working vacuum for weeks it is now headed back with the same issues. The customer service line assure us they would not let it ship out and would instead keep it and a supervisor would check it and found but 10 minutes after my call I received a tracking number. Save yourself the headache and insure through someone else. Vac sounds like a power saw with rocks in it and won’t clean. Company see that as normal. Told many lies and still repair/.refund

Delivered on What They Promised
Bought an iRobot Roomba i4+ about 1 1/2 years ago and saw this as an option for a protection plan. I was skeptical, as I know that plans similar to this one can be filled with contractual Loop holes that do not benefit the buyer.
HOWEVER, this one is legitimate and came through for me when my vacuum was essentially falling apart…as I was reimbursed the full amount that I paid for it.
I just purchased another iRobot, along with the same protection plan……so, from my experience, I highly recommend it.
