Both carry the Cloud's overstuffed back and MaxiComfort zero-gravity positioning. The PR-527 adds Twilight Tilt Technology as a 5th independent zone — tilting the entire chair from the rear pivot — plus power headrest, power lumbar, and a memory foam bucket seat. The PR-510 is a 2-zone chair with the biscuit/bustle back and no Twilight. The PR-510 also covers more size range — S/M, M/L, and Extra Wide at 600 lb — while the PR-527 covers S/M and M/L only. If Twilight, power headrest, and power lumbar matter clinically, the PR-527 is the right step up. If the biscuit back and 2-zone zero-gravity are the priorities, the PR-510 is the right chair.
Yes on standard sizes (S/M and M/L) — no on the Extra Wide. The S/M and M/L achieve Trendelenburg positioning with feet above head level via MaxiComfort. The Extra Wide is a 2-zone zero-gravity chair that does not reach Trendelenburg. Exactly what I wanted!
It is really exactly what I was looking for. I've been living with my jewelry in ziplock bags since we moved over here and everything fits perfect. I saw some reviews that claimed it was unstable but I tested it and it seems sturdy though I'm not hanging heavy pieces. It is a nice size and I love the little ring basket. It also feels pretty decent quality too. Glad I got the black one as I'm not sure where I have it that the copper/bronze would look right. I think it is elegant, practical and I wish I could post a photo with my pieces on it to show that it really holds things beautifully.

Looks great by my bed!
Even my boyfriend keeps commenting how much he likes it. It's a usable piece of art!
I will comment that the earring holes can be a little tricky since the leaves are turned all different ways. You have to be strategic with how you line up your long/dangle-y earrings with your studs so everybody fits and can be seen. A little tricky. But not a deal breaker - especially when it's so easy on the eye.
The other slight negative is that this really isn't the best necklace holder. I would have thought, "No problem!" But it's a bit awkward. Especially if you actually intend to see all your earrings. You'll end up hanging most of your necklaces from the top most branch - but they slide down into the crevice to stay. Then you've got a lot of overlapping. And trickiness to retrieve the exact necklace you want with ease.
However, this is still a fabulous earring tree. I can't say enough good things about it. Love the little basket for miscellaneous. Hair bands, lip gloss, etc.

Beautiful jewelry display

A few rough edges, but all in all well made and attractive. Holds lots of earrings and I can drape my necklaces on the tree. There's a nice bowl for bracelets and a nice tray that forms the base.

Gorgeous

It really is pretty to look at. To be honest arranging the earring on the tree is a bit of a pain, because the leaves tilt in different directions, and you have to play with it a bit to get the earrings to hang the way you would like them, but once you figure it out, they look very nice. I just adore it because it looks so pretty. I use the basket on the side for rings and watches, and the little plate in the base for a few miscellaneous pieces like necklaces or bracelets for balance and because they look nice. You'll love it.

gorgeous, and worth the purchase.

I wasn't sure about purchasing the jewelry stand at first (I had my doubts), but those doubts quickly disappeared upon the arrival/unpackaging of the jewelry stand.
SHIPPING/PACKAGING
It was nicely packaged, and not bent or damaged when I recieved it. The stand was a little wobbly (due to careless measuring of the copper balls, the fault of the manufacturer)
THE PRODUCT
The pictures are not how it is. Remember that. I thought the tree would be more three dimensional, you know- like a real tree. It wasn't, though. It was like someone took a 2D copper tree and made it stand up. It's still pretty, though, and holds a lot of jewelry.
PRICE-WISE
If you're looking at the price and it says $45 or more, don't buy it. I waited a month for the price to go down (I'm just a cheapskate) and it did. It went from $45 or so, down to $25 or so. So, unless its life or death, be patient and buy it when the price is right.
OVERALL?
In general, I was pleased with the product. It wasn't my dream jewelry stand, but it was worth my money and the wait.
