HAYWIRE GAMAY ROSEA serious 100% Gamay ros from Haywire Winery, fragrant with layers of ripe strawberry, raspberry, cream, fine dried herbs and pepper spice flavours balanced with brilliant acidity and velvety with a long finish. Grapes for this vintage were whole cluster pressed to concrete, foudre and stainless steel tanks and then aged in tank for seven months. We enjoyed it lightly chilled with juicy pork chops from the grill.
