My Remedy is an effective gentle blend that includes Jasmine which over and above lavender helps you to relax. Apply a light application to the bottoms of the feet (or anywhere you want) at night before bed. If you're waking in the middle of the night it may be lightly dabbed around the eyes. Also a small amount on the wrists or under the collarbone throughout the day to help relieve the body of anxiety. Be mindful in your application as less is more.
