Our warehouse appointments are designed for customers who want to hand-pick pieces for their shop in person.
During your visit, you’ll have access to a curated selection of stock and can choose items individually at your own pace. Our team will be on hand to guide you, answer questions, and help you make the most of your time with us. All items are on hangers for super easy picking!
Stock will be all Womenswear, predominately Y2K Style

Each appointment lasts 2 hours. If you need a little extra time, we’ll always try to accommodate where possible.
The minimum spend is £300 + VAT (£360 total).
Booking Rules

Cancellations or rebooking must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in your deposit not being refunded.

The deposit will be deducted from your total on the day. If you fail to attend your appointment or do not meet the minimum spend, the deposit will not be credited or refunded.

Stock availability may vary. If you’re looking to purchase large volumes of specific items, please get in touch in advance (ideally before booking) and we’ll be happy to advise.
- All items chosen are non return/refundable so it is important to check your items before leaving. All items are on hangers to make this really easy and fast!
To keep things fair for all customers, we require a balanced selection of sizes to be purchased. Repeated bulk buying of limited or single sizes may result in future bookings being declined.
