The PLANT!T gemini is a hydroponic system designed to grow one plant at a time. The plant is suspended above a tank of nutrient solution and grown in a media, such as clay pebbles. A flow ring pumps the nutrient solution through the media, providing the plant with oxygen and nutrients for optimal growth. This system is ideal for long-term, specimen plants.
The PLANT!T gemini comes with a floor insert, which allows you to adjust the amount of media you use. You can choose to use less media with the insert, providing greater tank volume, or remove the insert and increase the media volume.
Benefits of the PLANT!T gemini include higher yields compared to hand watering, a free-draining and highly oxygenated root zone, and no build-up of water or nutrients. The system is also flexible, as each PLANT!T gemini is a standalone unit that can be moved around. Additionally, the system includes clay balls, a pump kit, and a pot set.
