Directions

Place the sealed pack into boiling water and let it cook for about 20 minutes. Take the pack out of the pot and cut one of its corners to pour out excess liquid. Take out the Cotechino Negroni and cut it in slices which you can serve warm with mashed potatoes, beans, spinach or lentils.
