Dinan's Cold Air Intake system for the E8X / E9X 335i/xi adds an additional intake snorkel to complement the factory intake duct. The Dinan intake adds a new airbox cover and a carbon fiber intake snorkel that draws cooler air from a low pressure zone behind the front bumper. This location is a full 40 degrees cooler than the factory air inlet. A K&N panel filter replaces the stock filter in the stock airbox and a second K&N cone filter is located on the new snorkel. Professional installation is recommended but detailed instructions are included. Dinan has shown peak gains of 5hp and 6ft-lbs of torque from the intake alone but greater gains come at higher RPM where more airflow is required. Performance software is recommended. Beautiful and high quality carbon fiber dresses up the engine bay while also taking advantage of composite's superior thermal resistance.

Note: NOT compatible with M-Aerodynamic bumper. Dinan Performance Software is highly recommended.

Soft and comfortable

This shirt surprised me by how comfortable it is. I usually try to get cotton shirts, or shirts that at least have a little cotton in them, but this shirt is 100% synthetic. I did in this case, and I probably could have used the medium. But a little extra fabric isn’t really a problem with this kind of shirt, and I feel it just gives more room to breathe. There were no loose threads and the seams are even. The burgundy color is rich, and the collar has a unique pattern that received mixed reviews from my panel of family members, but that comes down to a matter of taste, and I like it. With this quality, I expect it to last through many wearings and washings.
