Features Meta Mag® magnesium bisglycinate, known for its high bioavailability. This formula supports muscle relaxation, healthy stress responses, neuromuscular function, and may relieve premenstrual symptoms and muscle cramps when dietary intake is inadequate.
Available in natural raspberry or neutral flavour, ideal for flexible consumption. Free from gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, nuts, and artificial additives. Sweetened naturally with steviol glycosides.
Ingredients
Each 7.0 g dose contains:
- Magnesium bisglycinate (3.0 g, equiv. 300 mg magnesium)
- Taurine (600 mg), Glutamine (500 mg), Vitamin C (300 mg)
- Other vitamins and minerals including Calcium, Potassium, Vitamin B6, B3, B2, Chromium, and Vitamin B12.
Allergen Information
Free from animal products, artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives.
Dose
1 scoop (7 g) twice daily in 200 mL of water or juice.
