Organically farmed, harvested at yields near Burgundy Grand Cru limits, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and aged 22 months in oak (30% new), then hand-bottled unfined and unfiltered. Expect dark cherry, wild strawberry, dried herbs, forest floor, and fine-grained tannins with a long mineral finish.
