glucose syrup 40.5%; water 24.5%; dextrose 10.0%; sugar 8.5%; fat-reduced cocoa powder 8.0%; stabiliser: sorbitol 5.0%; sweetened condensed milk (whole milk, sugar) 3.5%; gelling agent: E407 standardised with sugar <1%; preservative: sorbic acid<1%; salt <1%; vanillin <1%
Directions
Store in a cool, dry place. Use hot or cold. Ideal for topping desserts such as ice cream, sundaes or mousses.
