Each Doctor Who Collector Booster contains 15 Magic: The Gathering cards, with a total of 12 foil cards (3-10 Surge Foils and 2-9 Rainbow Foils) and 1 Surge Foil or Traditional Foil double-sided token. Every pack includes a combination of 7-14 cards of rarity Rare or higher and up to 7 Uncommon, up to 5 Common, and 1 Land cards.
