* A note about the breathing holes.
These masks have been designed to provide more protection than your average cloth mask. We put the holes on the mask because the fabric of the mask is not breathable. So no air can pass through the fabric of the mask. That means that only air that is passed through the mask goes through the holes. And if you have the filter in place then all the air you are breathing out and all the air you are breathing is filtered. Beyond that there is also another layer of fabric behind the holes that holds the filter.
Unlike other fabric masks air and possibly droplets are passing through the entire mask since the fabric is breathable. These masks have simply concentrated all the traveling air to the holes where it is sure to pass through the filter.

This is my second bottle, and I’ve been happy with it so far. I tend to stick with brands I trust, and I appreciate that this one is made in the USA and does third-party testing. It gives me a little more confidence in what I’m actually taking.
The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that you get a higher dosage in just two capsules. I take mine at night as part of my routine and I never experience any after taste.
