The Morimoto Sealed3 90mm LED projector housings are designed as standalone headlights, perfect for custom vehicles like buses, RVs, tractors, or kit cars. Available in dedicated low beam, high beam, or combination options, they deliver superior light output with various beam patterns that meet DOT, SAE, and FVMSS108 standards. These durable, IP67-rated modules feature OEM-quality polycarbonate lenses and come with adjustable aiming rods for easy installation and optimal visibility.

- Designed as a standalone headlight, perfect for those who need a modern headlight but have no pre-existing housing shell to mount them into.
- Ideal as an LED Bus headlight, LED RV headlight, LED Tractor headlight, or an LED headlight for a custom kit car.
- Low beam model has a sloped LHD cutoff line for use in N. America or other LHT countries.
- Meet or exceed all DOT, SAE, and FVMSS108 standards for compliance.
- Each module comes with three threaded aiming adjuster rods that snap into the housings.
- You will need a fitting on the other side to mount them up to create a fully adjustable system both vertically and laterally.
- IP67 rated for moisture resistance.
- Polycarbonate lenses are of OEM quality and will not fade or yellow for many years.
- Die-cast aluminum housing that's been powder-coated.
- Bi-LED version has a 3-wire AMP input.
- Low and high beam version use a simple 12v +/- input.
