In Doodle Puzzle, each Drawy (artist) creates a complete depiction of the chosen subject on their own set of boards. After drawing, each Drawy selects a portion of their artwork, and these selected pieces are then combined into a new, collaborative artwork in the central frame. Baddy (the saboteur) secretly alters one or two of these boards, either by erasing part of the drawing or adding their own elements, aiming to obscure the subject.

Guessy (the guesser) then observes the newly combined artwork and attempts to identify the subject based on the altered and unaltered pieces. If Guessy guesses correctly, both Guessy and Drawys score points. If the guess is incorrect, only Baddy earns points. In the variant rule, Guessy can further challenge by identifying the board that was sabotaged, adjusting the scores based on the accuracy of their challenge.

The game spans five rounds, with roles rotating each time, and the player with the highest score at the end wins. The gameplay tests drawing skills, strategic thinking, observation, and the ability to deduce under changing conditions, offering a fresh and engaging experience each round.
