Straps aren’t adjustable. Scraped my hands a few times on the prongs.
Doesn’t offer much support and doesn’t lift. It’s a little to big for my size.
Should have gone smaller. Sometimes it’s kind of itchy.
Definitely too big for me. I might try something else that doesn’t have lacy
straps that itch. It’s somewhat comfortable.

Doesn't Fit 16" Laptop

My Dell laptop is 9" wide & 14" long. I can only zip up the back partially with my laptop in the backpack. I don't add anything else that is heavy because I'm fearful it will break. I wish it was bigger. I can fit my Apple laptop in it but it is smaller.
