Taking inspiration from its solidbody family member, this Gibson J-45 Standard is sporting a Goldtop finish reminiscent of the Les Paul models of the early 1950s. Released in 1942, the J-45 quickly climbed the ranks to stardom, being coined "The Workhorse." Ten years later in 1952, Gibson would release the Les Paul in a dashing gold finish. In a true historical "what if" crossover, this J-45 offers players a unique finish option, while honoring the legacy of Gibson.

The dreadnought features an all solid wood design and is constructed from a Sitka spruce top and mahogany back and sides. Its top is supported by traditional hand-scalloped x-bracing which allows the body to vibrate more freely and supports a deep, full sound with tight low end and a clear top. Its voice is amplified thanks to the L.R. Baggs VTC system. The body is double bound with white binding and is accented with a tortoiseshell pickguard.

A mahogany neck craved to a SlimTaper profile, is glued into the body in the trusty set-neck design. For playability, the neck features a 24.75-inch scale length for easy fretting and is topped with a 12-inch radius rosewood fingerboard that is crowned with 20 frets and accented with mother of pearl dot inlays.

Strings are loaded in through the rosewood bridge before being strung to pitch with the Grover Rotomatic tuning machines located on the classic open-book headstock. The J-45 comes complete with a Gibson hardshell case for safe keeping.

A high quality instrument with a fun twist on history is what this J-45 is all about.

Excellent can opener.
Color: Red/Battery
Love it! Works like a charm. I have arthritis which made opening cans with the type I’d used for years very hard. I didn’t want one on the counter, this fits perfectly in a drawer. I know a couple our friends have ordered one.

Worth the Money
Color: Red/Battery
I bought this thinking, "Will it really work the way it shows?". The answer is yes. Put it on the can, press the button, and then it does its thing hands off. It does leave a smooth edge too. Not too speedy, but better than having to fight with your manual to get it to catch the edge.

Great upgrade compared to others
Color: Rechargeable with Storage Stand and Box - Black
This frother is far superior to other hand held versions we’ve owned. The attachments are much sturdier and don’t bend as easily (which made the others we’ve purchased quite useless). Rechargeable battery seems to last longer and provides plenty of power even on the lowest setting. The little wisk easily whips up eggs for a morning omelette and frothing cream and mixing powder into drinks are super easy with the other attachments. Finally, the stand is actually sturdy and balanced enough that it doesn’t easily tip over.

Three froth/blend options, rechargeable, comes with container
Color: Rechargeable with Storage Box - Silver, Color: Rechargeable with Storage Box - Silver
I watch a gentleman online who always talks about how in his 40 years he didn’t know x, y, z, and ends with “ain’t no way.” He made this 3-ingredient — 4 with ice— iced coffee, and used a handheld frother, so after shopping for ingredients, I went in search of a frother. What I liked about this one is that it’s not battery operated, but instead is rechargeable. It comes with three attachment, one of which I can use for cake batter, whipping up eggs, making homemade whipped cream, and also sauces and gravy. It also has a case so I am storing it with my coffee paraphernalia. It has three settings and I used the high setting. As you can see it really froths up the ingredients. I’m very pleased with my purchase and thought about all the times I need a slurry of water and cornstarch to thicken soups and stews. I don’t know the charge life yet, but so far, so good. What you see in the cup is 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk, 3 teaspoons of instant espresso, and 2 ounces of water. Then you add the ice and your creamer, half-and-half, or barista lover’s oat milk, and you’re done. Not too bad, as my grandpa used to say.
