Returns for frames within 2 weeks from Order Date of Delivery
-Returns only allowed on frames not filled with Rx, unworn and in perfect condition and include intact demo lenses that were originally sent with frames. Returns for frames within 2 weeks from Order Date of Delivery.
-Restocking fee of $5.00 applies, you will be credited your original purchase amount, less $5.00, once frame has been received. (S&H is not refunded)
-Must contact us to receive Return Authorization as well as shipping address.

Kids Bright Eyes offers a one time, One Year Warranty on all frames. Does not cover lost or stolen items. This includes a one-time free replacement if the frame is damaged, which requires a return of the damaged product before a replacement is issued. If the frame is out of stock or discontinued, we offer a free frame replacement from our shop of equal value.
**Replacement lenses will not be covered by Kids Bright Eyes
