First, the coffee is processed at the Halo Hartume Washing Station where their meticulous separation and drying process yields a consistent and lively flavour profile.
The coffee itself has an incredible body, buttery texture and a complex layering of flavours ranging from Black Tea to Honeysuckle.
We recommend brewing this coffee as a pourover using V60 or Chemex or as an Aeropress or French Press to experience its delicate flavours.
