Maton Guitars EBG808C JR Signature

One the most inspiring players and singer/songwriters in the industry today, Australian native "Smokin" Joe Robinson has always been demanding of his instruments, and has been incredibly particular about the specifications. Tons of back and forth work with the specs has made this Maton Guitars EBG808C JR Signature model a true original Maton not like any other.

The JR Signature Model features a Tasmanian Myrtle back and sides with a spruce top, jumbo frets, an ultra-playable neck, and the lightest satin finish possible. The Tasmanian Myrtle back and sides give this Maton a powerful mid-range response with a speedy note attack and warm low end balance. The Mahogany neck makes for a sturdy ultra comfortable profile that helps hold and sustain notes longer with clarity and fullness. The jumbo stainless steel fretwire is something new for Maton players, "the frets are wider than a Martin fret and taller than a Gibson fret" - JR. Joe credits Joe Glaser in Nashville as the reason he changed out his frets for the jumbos.

Of course no Maton model is complete without their own AP5 Pro Pickup System. "I think the AP5 Pro Pickup System is the best I've ever heard" - JR. The AP5 Pro is the best acoustic pickup system in the world and features a cardioid microphone (on an adjustable arm) combined with an under-saddle piezo that blend together to create an authentic (yet very customizable) acoustic guitar sound!

This guitar is ever so slightly pre-owned but in like new condition. The original owner never even took the plastic off the pickguard.

EKGs are difficult and I still don’t understand
Format: Paperback
Hey I’m in nursing school and I bought this… it’s not the pocket size, it’s actually a full size book. It brought tears to my eyes many times. I have no idea what a 3rd degree block is. Hopefully you can learn and be a good nurse! EKGs are for the doctors to read. So don’t be too hard on yourself. But you should probably know what normal sinus rhythm looks like… 👍🏼

My teacher thinks some of the ekgs are wrong
Format: Paperback
Can anyone put me in contact with the author of this book? My ekg/cardiology teacher is slandering her name and saying some of the rhythms she has in this book are wrong. Really upsets me because he is only a nurse and teaching a pre paramedic course. Doctors and cardiologist were the ones who cited this book. The rhythms are correct, my teacher just wants to think he is smarter than everyone else when it comes to cardiology. Otherwise I love this book and very helpful.

Excellent Book
Format: Paperback
As a nurse I struggle sometimes with rhythm recognition for some of the more complicated ones. This book is easy to read with many practice strips to help you comprehend even the complex details. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to learn EKGs or brush up on their rhythm recognition skills. Great book!
