Radius Arm Features

In place of the factory stamped-steel radius arms, BDS supplies a pair of high-strength tubular radius arms. These arms mount into the factory location and offer caster adjustment for a wide range of lift heights, along with an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, service-free operation.

Coil Spring Features

A pair of full-length, diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

Notes

• Removal of the factory block is required.
• Installation of the rear block kit will result in a "pre-runner" look with the rear of the vehicle 2 inch lower than the front. To get a level stance you must upgrade to the rear leaf spring option.
• These trucks were manufactured with and without top-mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs. A top-mounted overload is an extra leaf separate from the pack that is set above the main leaf. You will need to identify which you have before ordering.
• If your vehicle is equipped with a carrier bearing, you will need to order 123402 in the options section.
• Although extremely rare, front driveline vibration may occur.
• Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft on gas models.
• U-bolts will not fit dually models.
• Dropped pitman arm will not fit 10 lug wide track F350 models.

Manufacturer Description

Up front the lift kit includes diesel-specific 6-inch lift Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks.

In the rear the base kit utilizes high-strength lift blocks, longer u-bolts, brake line brackets, and a matching set of FOX Performance shocks.
