While during warranty only Curbside Shipping is provided, Threshold Shipping, White Glove Shipping, and Expedited Shipping can be purchased separately if needed. Due to COVID-19, White Glove Delivery may be unavailable in certain areas. If purchased but unavailable, we'll contact you to cancel and refund the service.
Warranty
Warranty Options:
- 2-Year Warranty (Included): KingsBottle guarantees all wine cellars and beverage refrigerators to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use and service for two years from the date of purchase, covering both parts and labor. (Please note: this warranty does not apply to refurbished units.)
- 3-Year Warranty (Optional): Extends the same coverage as the 2-year warranty for an additional year.
- 5-Year Warranty (Optional): Extends the same coverage as the 2-year warranty for an additional three years.
Coverage:
This warranty is exclusively offered to the original end-user purchaser or the recipient of the product as a gift and is not transferable to any other person or entity.
Limited Warranty:
In the event of a malfunction, KingsBottle reserves the right to repair or replace the refrigerator. If necessary, KingsBottle may request the consumer to contact a local refrigeration company for servicing, with all labor and material costs covered for two years from the date of purchase. If deemed irreparable, KingsBottle will credit the value of the original order toward a replacement unit (which will follow the warranty terms of the initial purchase). Refund & Return Policy for Damaged Items
Damaged items should be refused at delivery or noted as such. Contact us within 30 days to initiate a claim.
Exclusions:
The limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, mishandling, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or any other causes beyond the seller's control, whether similar or dissimilar to those mentioned above. Purchasers acknowledge that the goods sold are wine and beverage coolers, which contain beer and other wines. Purchasers assume all risks associated with using these units, including spoilage, humidity and temperature variations, leaks, fires, water damage, mold, mildew, dryness, and similar perils.
Special Note:
Warranty coverage is valid only in the countries where the unit was originally purchased. If the product was purchased from a third-party retailer and not directly from KingsBottle, extended warranty policies are not offered. Customers must contact the retailer directly for warranty inquiries. If the retailer does not offer an extended warranty plan, customers are advised to seek coverage from a third-party warranty provider or purchase the extended warranty service within 30 days of the original purchase. Regardless of the point of purchase, all KingsBottle coolers are backed by a two-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.
