He started in the Fifties as a teenager touring with Jerry Lee Lewis, going on to play piano on records by such giants as Frank Sinatra, The Beach Boys, and Phil Spector, and on hundreds of classic songs with major recording artists. Leon was Elton John's idol, and Elton inducted him into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2011. Leon also gets credit for altering Willie Nelson's career, giving us the long-haired, pot-friendly Willie we all know and love today.
In his prime, Leon filled stadiums on solo tours, and was an organizer/performer on both Joe Cocker's revolutionary Mad Dogs and Englishmen tour and George Harrison's Concert for Bangladesh. Leon also founded Shelter Records in 1969 with producer Denny Cordell, discovering and releasing the debut albums of Tom Petty, the Gap Band, Phoebe Snow, and J.J. Cale. Great value for the money!!
They are not as stiff at the bottom of the handle where it’s connected to the actual spoon as others but I have been using them daily since i received my shipment some time back and none have broken. I am very satisfied with this purchase for a great price! Having so many (1000) spoons is one of life’s tiny pleasures of knowing I will not have to worry about ordering my plastic spoons for a very long time. Compare box of 100 for $3.89 or 1000 for $9 98! Easy choice for me.

Fine, but bag was open…
The spoons are fine and what I expected for a great price, but unfortunately, the plastic bag they were in was wide open in the box so I had to wash all of them… What a pain in the butt that was… Hopefully that’s a one time experience.
