Dose:
Adults: Take 1 tablet two times a day or as professionally prescribed.
Warnings:
- KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

- If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
- Supplements may only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
- Do not use it during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- It contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
- Adults only.
- Contains 50mg of total caffeine per tablet. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake of more than 200mg daily is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Limit caffeine-containing products (including tea and coffee) when taking this product. Caffeine interacts with the enzyme CYP1A2 in the liver.
- Consult your health professional before taking other medicines.
- Do not use it if you have pre-existing severe heart disease (e.g. stroke or heart attack).
- Contains soya bean products. If you have any pre-existing conditions or are on any medications, always talk to your health professional before use.
- Some products should be ceased at least two weeks before any elective surgery. Please confirm with your health professional.

An RV Must Have

We purchased this to get ready for our latest camping trip across the southwest states. Fortunately, we did not need to use it for our travel trailer during our recent trip. However we did use it to assist another couple who had a tire on their trailer that was totally shredded. He did not have any kind of Jack to be able to change his tire. This worked amazingly well, so much so that he asked for the link so he could order one from Amazon too.

Effective Tool

Go try to use your standard car jack to lift your two axle travel trailer and see why this simple ramp just works. I have used this ramp for changing trailer tires, packing bearings, and changing brakes. It's effective in lifting one tire even though the suspension is articulating. It is also much more stable than a hydraulic jack under an axle. I highly recommend this ramp for travel trailer use.
