If you are looking for a compact mount for your tablet that stands out from the crowd then this is it. The RAM X-Grip II has an ingenious four leg design that combines ease of use with great holding power and won't hide your tablet behind pads and plastic. The RAM X-Grip II is the tablet holder evolved.


This clever holder is ready to compliment your tablet and become the most useful accessory in your vehicle and is compatible with a wide range of RAM mounting components to fit your application from bicycles to aeroplanes.


The RAM-HOL-UN8BU consists of a spring loaded cradle and 1" rubber ball connected to the back of the base. Included are extra easy access grip knobs, located on the back of the cradle for quick release of your tablet. The RAM-HOL-UN8B expands and contracts for perfect fit of most 7"-8" tablets.


The X-Grip® includes a device tether recommended for outdoor applications.

A: Yes, that would be RAM-HOL-UN8BCU.

Q: Would this cradle fit an iPhone 11 as well - I need to interchange between an iPhone 11 and an 8 inch tablet.
A: This holder would not be able to keep any phones secure unfortunately. However the ball components are modular and interchangable; if you select any alternate holder here, you can switch this out with the tablet holder whenever you are switching devices. See the RAM-HOL-UN78BU or RAM-HOL-UN10BU
