In 1986 he left a law degree to open his first restaurant and subsequently went on to develop his love of food with stages for Alain Ducasse at Louis XV in Monte Carlo and Ferran Adria at elbulli. Great value and working started
Great starter. I had ordered a cheaper option before this and it just hold up. When this one arrived I could tell I made the right decision right out of the box. It looked, felt and worked like the OEM one. No shims just a good working starter. Spend a few extra bucks and save time.
