- Notify us within 14 days of receipt; products must be returned in 14 further days in re-saleable condition.

- Refunds issued for items in as-new condition; repackaging costs may be deducted (£5 per item).
- If free delivery was used, delivery cost will be deducted if returning for other reasons (£10 per box).
