Magnani watercolour papers are made using a cylinder mould machine and feature a distinctive finish created by the marking felts exclusive to Magnani 1404. The exceptional craftsmanship means this paper has excellent longevity and resistance to yellowing caused by exposure to UV light. These round watercolour blocks are glued across the entire surface to keep the paper taut while working.

Magnani 1404 is one of Italy’s most historic paper mills and has been making fine quality artist paper in Tuscany since the 15th century.
