Three breweries, one cider maker – four friends! This much sought after beer is the result of a project in the works since November 2017, a collaboration between Burning Sky, Oliver’s Cider, The Kernel and Mills Brewing. All share a love of wild and mixed fermentation beers and low intervention cider – so what would happen if they came together? Following a turbid mash schedule and extended boil, the wort was sent to Burning Sky's coolship for wild inoculation overnight of beer. The following day it was split four ways into 12 oak barrels and four beers created - this is the blend of those four.
