The D-10E is also noted for carefully selected tonewoods: a solid spruce top, known for its strength and elasticity, produces a warm, Martin signature tone with a wide dynamic range. This top, paired with a sapele back and sides, gives the guitar slightly brighter sound, with a shimmering high-end that's consistently balanced across the EQ spectrum.
The D-10E exudes classic Martin, with its mother-of-pearl pattern fingerboard and rosette inlays.
