The AEM 21-8032DS Brute Force Air Intake System produces horsepower and torque gains by replacing the vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. This air intake system was designed, tuned and dyno-tested to fit specific Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 models. Air enters the system through an extra-large AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter for outstanding air flow, filtration and performance. The air filter is located in a replacement AEM embossed air box which is designed to reduce intake air temperature and increase horsepower. The intake tubing is an aerodynamically engineered and highly durable polyethylene tube. This air intake system was developed to accommodate the engine's factory emissions control devices including the MAF as well as a couple of replacement engine breather hoses. The tapered cylinder shaped AEM Dryflow air filter is made from an oil-free, synthetic filter media that can be used for up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is needed (depending on driving conditions). The air intake system is backed by AEM's Lifetime Limited Warranty. Some AEM air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards, while others are 50 state legal. Must for subwoofers. True 2mm spec. High quality.

Let me start of by saying WOW! This made a huge difference in the SQ of my L7S pushing 930w rms. Before I had major rattles in my 2020 Honda Civic SI. Taking the time to do this to my trunk and Lid made me realize just how loud my subwoofer actually is. It literally eliminated the rattles throughout my whole car. I still plan on doing this to my doors and rear deck but once I upgrade the speakers. I still have half of the box just doing the trunk and lid so 1 box of 36sf will be enough for most of the areas that need to get done. You may need a little more overall. This is true 2mm spec. Very sticky and easy to apply. It just take time to finish the work correctly and roll it down. It is not as heavy as I thought it was going to be. The size of the sheets are perfect for what you need to do. The value is on point for the quality. It does not rip very easily but you can cut it to size without any problems. Again, This is a must buy for anyone who is pushing 1000w rms or more.
