The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is a 2 in. diameter, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2 1/4 in. of 3/4 in.-16 left hand threads on the shank, and a 2.190 in. mounting width ball with a .482 in. thru bolt hole. Cheap looking and extremely wide
Looks and feels cheap, made with cheap materials. The shoe is so wide, and even though it has laces that could be pulled tight, there's no way to tie them off and make the shoe fit. The color was exactly as pictured. I had to return them because they flopped around on my feet making them unwearable.
