After fermentation, the coffee is sun-dried for 30 days, with lemon peel added to enhance its bright, citrusy finish. This drying phase includes a combination of sun-drying and mechanical drying methods, ensuring optimal consistency and depth of flavor.
🛡 Flavor Stability & Refinement
The coffee then undergoes a 45-day stabilization period in GrainPro bags, allowing its tropical, creamy, and citrusy flavors to fully develop into a smooth, well-rounded cup.
