Warranty Information
This product comes with a 5-year warranty on the cartridge (labour costs excluded). The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, damages caused by misuse, or unauthorized repairs. It must be fitted by qualified and experienced tradespersons as per the manufacturer's instructions.
For warranty claims, please email us if the product is defective and covered by the above warranty. Include details of the defect, photos of the product, and proof of purchase in your email.
