DESCRIPTION: Chic and effortlessly vintage, this 1970s off‑white knit bouclé dress features soft ruffle detailing and a charming tied‑neck design that captures the understated elegance of the era. The textured bouclé knit adds visual interest and cozy sophistication, while the ruffles bring a subtle romantic touch. With its flattering silhouette and timeless neutral off white tone, this dress transitions beautifully from daytime outings to evening occasions. A wonderful statement piece for lovers of classic 1970s boho fashion.

There is some lovely weight on this knit beauty. Drapes so beautifully over the figure and is soft and silky to the touch.

Please note: The colour of the garment is closest to the photos on the dress form.

HISTORY: Bouclé knit fabric has a rich heritage rooted in European textile traditions, with origins tracing back to France, where the term bouclé—meaning “curled” or “looped”—describes its distinctive textured surface. Originally valued in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries for warmth and durability, bouclé evolved from practical outerwear and upholstery into a symbol of refined style. By the mid‑twentieth century, it became closely associated with fashionable knitwear, prized for its soft, nubby texture and elegant structure. Its enduring appeal lies in the balance it strikes between comfort and sophistication, making bouclé a timeless fabric woven into the history of classic fashion.

Fun, engaging, educational book for kiddos to learn their ABC’s!
Format: Hardcover
My son absolutely adores this book! We have to read it every night. It’s helping him learn his ABC’s and is fun for him because he loves all of the vehicles and pictures. Thank you for such a beautiful addition to our library at home, and for helping my son get ready for preschool!

My grandson (age 3) is just starting to recognize letters, and of course, he is all about planes, trains, and trucks. That's why I was glad to find this book! He really likes looking at each picture and telling me what it is. The pages are made with high quality, thick paper, so it should hold up well. The book says, "All illustrations for this book were hand-drawn in color pencil by Michael Kracht through inspiration from his children in heaven." And you can feel the love in every one.
