We all love Yoshikane knives. It is the icon of Sanjo knives, feels great in hand, cuts exceptionally well and the grind is just sublime.
The only problem that facing all the Yoshikane lovers? Its unique sanjo profiles do not go well with exsiting sayas. For example, they are 240 gyuto is actually 255 but not very tall. The Sujihikis on the other hand is extremely tall. Their K-tip Gyutos are taller than the Gyuto counterpart and most importantly they all have the signature Sanjo (super thick) spine. 

So one of my secret projects recently, is to solve this problem once and for all, by offering K&S custom sayas for all the Yoshikane knives. 

This Yoshikane special edition saya uses the popular African Wenge hardwood timber, has front side engraved "初心 (Hatsukokoro Kanji) For Yoshikane", and the back with the "Knives and Stones" logo engraved.
