Drink before and during competition, or training, to match sweat rates.

For adult use during endurance activity. Add 1 level scoop to 16fl.oz. (500ml) of water. Shake or stir to dissolve. Drink as required during endurance activity. Can be customized when used with Zonecaps™️.

The average person sweats at the rate of one liter per hour during exercise. One liter of eLoad replaces the electrolytes lost in sweat, in their biological ratios. If you are in a hot climate, or feel you are sweating more than average, you can increase your electrolyte intake without increasing your fluid intake by adding Zonecaps™️.

Acorn is just a great company all around. I had bought my husband these slippers over 20 years ago. They are still in great shape although the sole has worn in some places.
