Ragbags zijn upcycle, eerlijke, modieuze tassen en accessoires gemaakt op verschillende plekken in India. Ze worden gemaakt van gerecyclede plastic zakjes, grote theezakken en / of gerecycled katoen. Dat wordt verzameld, schoongemaakt en gefabriceerd tot nieuwe producten door ‘ragpickers’ in de buitenwijken van Delhi en Calcutta en in een dorpje in Tamil Nadu.

Ragbag’s zijn gemaakt van overgebleven materiaal, Hierbij wordt het concept ‘upcycling’ gebruikt: afval wordt her-gefabriceerd tot nieuwe producten met een hogere waarde.

Ragbag is een merk dat de tien principes van de World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO) volgt. Onze productiepartners zijn leden van het Fair Trade Forum India (FTF-India). We betalen een eerlijke prijs voor de ‘ragpickers’ en medewerkers, waardoor zij en hun familie kunnen leven met betere levensomstandigheden.

Het ontwerp van de tassen is gemaakt door getalenteerde Nederlandse ontwerpers, gestudeerd op de Rietveld academie en de Design academie.

On initial set up and use of just few days I love this little light bar I'm 74 and I set this up in less than 10 min. Playing with Govee App took about same time for basic functions. The backlighting is great and now my room is lighted during night when I sleepwalk to bathroom. I'll decide later if I want to use adhesive pads. Currently it just sits on TV stand behind TV. All in all it's great! I would definitely buy again and highly recommend. Colors in photos are actually less bright in my room. The Govee App allows many many color variations. This is an excellent addition to a TV backlight. If you go into the GOVEE app you can sync this device to a TV backlight with a camera. You can add up to five lights.
