Maison Régnard is een oude Chablis-wijnmakerij in Bourgondië, gesticht in 1860. Het is een van de laatste Chablis-wijnmakerijen met al zijn kelders in het historische centrum van de stad, die getuigen van zijn nobele verleden. Het werd in 1984 overgenomen door baron Patrick Ladoucette, die de leiding over de wijnmakerij op zich nam en de stijl en het typische karakter van de wijnen bleef bestendigen en verbeteren. Met respect voor de traditie produceert Maison Régnard de 7 Grands Crus de Chablis (Les Clos, Bougros, Blanchots, Grenouilles, Preuses, Valmur en Vaudésir), de 5 belangrijkste Premiers Crus (Fourchaume, Montmains, Vaillons, Montée de Tonnerre en Mont de Midden), Chablis, Petit Chablis.De vinificatie van Regnard Chablis Grand Regnard
De druiven voor Régnard Chablis Grand Régnard zijn afkomstig van wijngaarden die ongeveer 30 jaar oud zijn, geplant in klei en kalkrijke bodems uit de late Jura-periode. De oogst wordt handmatig uitgevoerd en de druiven worden voorzichtig geperst wanneer ze de kelder bereiken. Daarna gisten ze en ondergaan ze malolactische gisting in roestvrijstalen tanks om de zuurgraad een beetje te verminderen en de wijn een vleugje melkzuur te geven. De wijn rijpt tot slot twaalf maanden op de lie. Hierdoor heeft de wijn riant fruit en souplesse en een verfijnde zuurgraad. De geur is intens en verfijnd; tropisch fruit, appel, witte perzik, noten, elegante citrustoets. De smaak heeft een excellente frisheid, mooie balans met veel fruit, genereus en mineralig, citrus. Smooth and Convenient Matcha Latte Mix

I’ve been trying to make matcha lattes at home more often, so I decided to try the Jade Leaf Matcha Latte Mix. Overall, I’ve been really happy with it.
The powder mixes easily with both hot and cold milk, and it dissolves fairly well with a small whisk or milk frother. The flavor is smooth with a balanced sweetness, which makes it easy to drink without needing to add extra sugar.
I like that it’s convenient for quick drinks. When I don’t have time to measure multiple ingredients, I can just add a scoop, mix it with milk, and it’s ready in a minute or two. It works well for both hot matcha lattes and iced versions.

Makes the Best Cold Matcha Drinks

I got the barista matcha latte because I heard it blends well in cold drinks. I made a lavender cream matcha with it more than once now & each one was so delicious. I liked it better than Starbucks Iced Lavender Cream Matcha and not as sweet as theirs imo. I plan to try making more drinks with it in the future when I purchase it again.

Good matcha and way cheaper than Starbucks and taste the same

This matcha tastes pretty good and has a nice, smooth flavor. Unlike some matcha products, it doesn’t have an overly grassy or bitter taste. Instead, it tastes more like a matcha latte, making it enjoyable and easy to drink.
It is definitely on the sweeter side, and you can tell that sweeteners have been added. Personally, I’m not a huge fan of the extra sweetness, but that’s more of a preference than a quality issue. Overall, it still tastes like real matcha and makes for a pleasant drink.
If you enjoy sweeter matcha lattes, you’ll probably like this product. While I would have preferred a less sweet version, I still found it enjoyable overall.
