Ontwerp en materiaal

De Westmark Peel-star dubbele dunschiller is een speciale dunschiller die met twee aan weerszijden liggende messen lange groenten zoals asperges, wortelen, courgettes, aubergines en komkommers razendsnel schilt. De dunschiller zelf is gemaakt van hoogwaardig aluminium met een speciale voedselveilige coating en de scherpe messen zijn gemaakt van roestvrij staal.


Gebruik en functionaliteit

Deze dunschiller is perfect voor het schillen van diverse groenten zoals aardappels, wortels, komkommers en zelfs fruit zoals appels en peren. De mespunt aan de bovenzijde van de dunschiller is speciaal ontwikkeld om rotte punten uit bijvoorbeeld een aardappel te steken.


Onderhoud en reiniging

Voor een lange levensduur wordt aangeraden de dunschiller af te spoelen met warm water en een sopje. Hoewel het gemaakt is van RVS, is het vaatwasserbestendig.

Recommended for Small, Mellower Dogs, not the destructive, chewy kind

My dog loved this ball, maybe a little too much. He attacked it like it was a wild animal and left teeth marks and tears in the outer plastic. I decided to give it to my cats instead, who initially were very intrigued by it. The buff kitty even chirped to see it. He would roll around with it as it vibrated and hopped, but after a while he wasn’t that interested. I think I can get them to play with it if I don’t use it with them every day, maybe wait a few weeks between playtimes. Perhaps it is a little too large for cats. My dog, who is less than 30 lbs., might be too big for it, or maybe just his mouth is, or maybe because he’s a Boston Terrier and he always feels like it’s his duty to destroy all toys (all my Bostons were like that). But I don’t think I will let him have it again. Maybe a toy breed or puppy might be more of the appropriate size for this ball. Or someone who isn’t as destructive. The instructions are almost unreadable because the text is so small. I couldn’t understand what I was supposed to do with the “installation process.” I did figure out how to turn it on and off by myself, however. There are four modes when it is on: gentle, normal, active, and lighting only (no vibration). As a human, it is a fun thing to watch, even if it is just for the light show.

I have two 70+lb, ball obsessed dogs (a field bred Golden Retriever, and an Old Time Scotch Collie), and these balls are living up to the abuse they're receiving. In the fall we always lose a ball or two in the yard due to getting lost in leaves or longer grass, so I always try and buy a multi pack at the start of the season, so went with these this year.
