Tijdens het programma volg je een gevarieerd voedingspatroon op basis van pure voeding en zet je in op voldoende lichaamsbeweging en een goede nachtrust. De eiwitshakes, supplementen en lichaamsverzorging van RainPharma gebruik je als ondersteuning.

Het Nutrition Program duurt minstens twee weken, maar je kunt het gerust langer volgen. De gezonde gewoontes die worden aangereikt vormen een ideale basis voor je dagelijkse routine.
