De basis is gemaakt van hoogwaardig Europees beukenhout, afgewerkt met een ecologische lak op waterbasis, vrij van schadelijke stoffen en geschikt voor huishoudelijk gebruik. De metalen onderdelen zijn van verchroomd staal met een glanzende afwerking, terwijl de pinnen en het draaisysteem zijn uitgevoerd in roestvrij staal AISI-304.

Dankzij het draaibare en verstelbare systeem kun je de ham moeiteloos in elke gewenste positie plaatsen. De kegelvormige draaibus met dubbele pin zorgt ervoor dat de poot stevig wordt vastgezet, zodat je de ham kunt draaien zonder hem los te maken – perfect voor een soepel, veilig en nauwkeurig snijproces.
